Over 25 Years in Healthcare Nutrition Industry

With a strong focus on Asia and ANZ regions, I bring a deep understanding of market dynamics, a sharp eye for growth opportunities, and a commitment to practical, tailored solutions. 


Experience across diverse markets has shaped how I think and work.


My background includes senior roles in the APAC Region with global leaders in both the business-to-business sector (dsm-firmenich) and business-to-consumer sector (Fresenius Kabi), covering marketing, market insights, science, and sales.


I offer results-driven consulting focused on sustainable business growth—from comprehensive market analysis to actionable marketing strategies.

MY PATH

I started my career at Fresenius Kabi in Germany in 1999, building a strong foundation in medical nutrition—enteral and parenteral—across science, product development, and marketing.


In 2005, I was offered the opportunity to relocate to Hong Kong and take on an APAC marketing role, a chance I gladly accepted.


A new chapter opened.


Asia brought energy, curiosity, and possibility. Beyond work, I came to value the everyday learnings, the culture, the people, and the amazing cuisine.


Working across cultures and markets taught me what it truly takes to grow a business in a region that is dynamic and diverse.


In my roles across Asia Pacific, I was responsible for the set-up and execution of regional and local marketing strategies—from product launches and campaigns to educational programs for healthcare professionals, as well as the development of a regional network of key opinion leaders.


Understanding people and markets makes all the difference.


Time spent in hospitals across the APAC region, speaking with doctors, dietitians, patients, and caregivers, gave me first-hand insight into what makes strategies, messaging, and products succeed.


Throughout my career, my focus has always been on the consumer’s well-being through elevated nutritional solutions.


At Fresenius Kabi, I approached marketing from both the patient and healthcare professional perspective. Later, at dsm-firmenich, I moved into industry partnerships as Segment Lead for Medical Nutrition in Asia Pacific.


Over five years, I built and profitably grew the Medical Nutrition Segment, developing and delivering marketing strategies for premix solutions and nutrition concepts, including campaigns and webinars.

Working closely with account managers, formulators, application specialists, regulatory experts, and scientists, I partnered with companies to bring new ideas to life and expand their over-the-counter product ranges across hospital, retail, and online channels.


I lived in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur and have called Sydney home for more than eight years. These experiences shape the way I work and define my consulting practice—hands-on and forward-thinking.
